Potage of pumpkin


”かぼちゃのポタージュ”

[材料 4人分]
かぼちゃ 600g、固形スープ 2個、水 6カップ、牛乳 21/2カップ、塩、こしょう、生クリーム

[作り方]
1.かぼちゃは皮をむき、1cm~2cm角に切る
2.鍋にかぼちゃ、固形スープ、水を入れる
3.蓋をして柔らかくなるまで中火で煮る
4.かぼちゃを汁ごとミキサーにかけ、鍋に戻す
5.鍋を弱火にかけ、牛乳を加える
6.塩とこしょうを加え、火を止める

DIRECTIONS
