Mabo Tofu


”麻婆豆腐”

[材料 4人分]
鶏ひき肉 100g、木綿豆腐 650g、しめじ 100g、サラダ油、にんにく、生姜、豆板醤、A(みそ 18g、砂糖 3g、醤油 12g、酒 30g) スープ1/2カップ、ねぎ、片栗粉

[作り方]
1.しめじをほぐす
2.豆腐を切る
3.にんにくと生姜をみじんきりにする
4,にんにくと生姜を炒め、ひき肉を入れてさらに炒める
5,しめじを入れ、豆板醤とAを入れる
6.豆腐とねぎとスープを加え、少し煮てから水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつける
