Plum tree perilla spaghetti


”梅しそスパゲッティ”

[材料 4人分]
スパゲッティ 400g、 練り梅 30g、酒 15g、青しそ

[作り方]
1.練り梅に酒を少しずつ加え、練り混ぜる
2.青しその葉を切る
3.スパゲッティをゆでて、梅を合わせる
4.皿に盛り、青しその葉を飾る

INGREDIENTS (4 servings)
Spaghetti 400g, kneading plum tree 30g, sake 15g, and blue perillas

DIRECTIONS
1.Sake is added to the kneading plum tree little by little, it kneads, and it mixes it.
2.The leaf of a blue perilla is cut.
3.The spaghetti is boiled, and the plum tree is matched.
4.It piles up in the plate, and the leaf of a blue perilla is decorated.
