Ingredients (serves 4-5)
130 ~ 140g silken tofu
150g flour
1 / 3 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 sweet potato
100 ~ 120g grain sauce
Keep the water clean potato is exposed to water about 10 minutes then sliced with a thickness of about 5 ~ 7mm.
Furutte flour into bowl, add salt and tofu.
Knead about the hardness of the earlobe, then together, to divide 10.
Stretched to about 10 cm in diameter, topped with sweet potato wrap and put grain sauce.
