■材料(2~3人分)
豆腐 / 1丁
鶏もも肉 / 300g
白菜 / 200g
まいたけ / 1株
ネギ / 1本
水菜 / 適量
豆乳(成分無調整) / 450ml
ダシ汁 / 100cc
白味噌 / 80g
日本酒 / 大さじ3
長澤家の万能つゆもしくは醤油 / 適量

Ingredients (serves 2-3)
Pair of tofu
300g chicken thigh
200g Chinese cabbage
Maitake mashrooms
1 long onion
